12 month Coaching Program

Service Description

12 months of committed coaching means making shifts in several areas of your life (and first and foremost, your mindset - but we'll get more into that later). We’ll start with taking a look at what in your life makes you 1) unhappy, 2) discontent, and 3) worried/anxious/overwhelmed/overthink. Then we'll figure out what boundaries you need to put in place with 1) yourself and 2) others, while we simultaneously address your Inner Critic (the saboteur of your trust and confidence) and help you identify how to circle back to your truest self in order to curate more of what you actually WANT in your life (feelings, experiences, profession, relationships, all the things). It's through the work of creating better boundaries and addressing your Inner Critic that you'll be able to start curating a deepened sense of Self-Trust. This piece is the gateway to enhancing grounded confidence, and ultimately what will help you live more authentically! As you continue to build self-trust and show up more authentically, I'll help you identify areas of your life you want to enhance that ALSO contribute to your overall JOY, EASE, and FULFILLMENT (that's living life on purpose, WITH purpose), and we'll create opportunities to recognize, curate, and celebrate these things LONG-TERM. Over the course of the year you’ll have twice monthly sessions with follow-up support and tools, documents, and supportive resources that are available to you at all times. You'll also have a 15 minute call once a month where we can check-in, between sessions, and troubleshoot any challenges or setbacks you're experiencing. Are you ready to live a more intentional life? Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an appointment must be done 24 hours or more prior to the original appointment. There will be no refunds for cancellations within a 24 hour period and no refunds for missed appointments.
