‣Increased motivation in achieving business goals
‣A higher individual investment in reaching goals
‣Your teams better understanding & appreciation for how the process of achieving the goal and it's milestones affects themselves and others
‣Increased accountability, both individually & as a team
‣Celebration touch-points during the goal achieving process
‣Increased awareness of how to identify progress

‣A unified effort in rooting for, motivating, and supporting each other in the overarching goal
